Accommodation is arranged over two floors.

Upstairs there is one bedroom with a luxurious king size bed.
Fresh white bed linen, towels and Norfolk Lavender toiletries are provided. There is also an en suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and heated towel rail.

Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room, with plenty of light coming from the window that faces the quiet village green. We provide an unlimited supply of logs, from Stody Estate, for the open fire for cosy evenings in winter, also a flatscreen television and DVD player.

The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything you should need whilst on holiday. The kitchen leads into a dinning/conservatory area where there is a pine farmhouse table that can seat up to 4 people.

From the dinning area you can walk straight out onto a secluded private terrace with an outside seating area and BBQ, perfect for long summer days and al fresco dinning. At the end of the good sized garden there are open views to woods beyond.

There are storage heaters in both the sitting and bedroom, they are turned on throughout the winter and there is no additional charge for these. Both heaters can be self controlled and give out very effective heating if required.

There is parking directly outside the cottage.

Well behaved dogs welcome, although the cottage is small and space for dogs is therefore limited. Please note that we request you do not smoke in the cottage.
